3rd Grade

Mrs. Wilkerson was born and raised in Michigan. She holds a bachelor’s degree in science and a master’s in administrative leadership from Central Michigan University. She is currently working toward obtaining her teaching certification. Mrs. Wilkerson has a passion for working with children. She believes that children learn in different ways and that creating a learning environment that nurtures all children’s abilities in a positive, fun environment is essential for growth in all areas of their development. Mrs. Wilkerson resides in Stevensville with her husband, Phil, and two daughters. They recently started attending church at The Chapel in St. Joseph and enjoy camping, hiking, biking, and visiting their oldest son in TN and youngest son and daughter-in-law in MN. Her favorite Bible verse is Joshua 1:9, “Have I not commanded you? Be strong and courageous. Do not be terrified; do not be discouraged, for the Lord your God will be with you wherever you go.”  Mrs. Wilkerson is teaching 3rd grade at GCS this year.
